• You must be a resident or legal visitor in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must register using accurate, truthful personal information including your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of bbu8 or its affiliated entities.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have an active restriction placed on your account by bbu8's responsible gaming team.

bbu8 is committed to protecting minors. Any person found to be under the age of 21 who has accessed or used our services will have their account immediately closed and any funds or winnings forfeited.

Creating Your Account

Account Registration and Security

• Notify bbu8 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
• bbu8 will not be liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorised account access where a player has failed to protect their credentials.
• You must use your own identity and payment methods. Accounts funded by a third party or used by anyone other than the registered holder will be suspended.

bbu8 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with industry best practices. Completion of KYC verification may be required before withdrawals are processed or during enhanced security reviews.

Financial Transactions

Deposits and Withdrawals

bbu8 supports a range of payment methods tailored for Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Players are solely responsible for any bank charges or mobile money fees applicable on their end.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by bbu8 and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed on the payments page within your account.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed after successful completion of identity verification (KYC). bbu8 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 to 72 hours under normal operating conditions.
• All deposits must originate from accounts or payment methods registered in the player's own name. Third-party payments will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• bbu8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction if there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregularities or policy violations.

bbu8 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your chosen payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. We recommend checking with your payment provider before initiating a transfer.

• Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at bbu8 staff, support agents, or other players through any channel including live chat or email.

bbu8 monitors all platform activity to detect and prevent prohibited conduct. We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate, including permanently banning accounts and pursuing legal remedies available under applicable law.
